CASSIE DITTMAN
Director and Lending Expert
Cassie is the founder of Grow Well Financial. She created the brand with the goal of helping empower clients to take control of their finances, to feel understood and heard within financial transactions and to support those that desire more stability and growth from their money. She wants to turn what can be an overwhelming process into a transformational experience which leaves her clients in control and with a true sense financial wellness.

Cassie has worked in finance with one of the Big Four Banks for the past 16 years and has always had a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals not just through the initial transactions but through the ongoing relationship and education provided. Having worked across many different parts of the finance industry from private banking to personal banking she brings a wholistic and values based approach to each client interaction.
She is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering Management and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Cassie is a mother of two girls and is married. She enjoys getting outdoors into nature, pilates, listening to podcasts on a multitude of topics and devouring books, again on many various subjects.
Brett Mcaleese
Director and Lending Expert
Brett is a director of Grow Well Financial and brings over 25 years in banking and finance to the team and his clients. From home lending and commercial lending, all the while working with those closely linked to property (from valuers, real estate agents, builders, solicitors, accountants and more), being able to share his experience to help others in their property journeys is fantastic.

Having worked in personal lending, branches and corporate roles for both small and large banks over the last 25 years, Brett brings a large breadth of experience to his customers. Building long term relationships and working really closely with people to help them achieve their goals, their desired outcomes is what Brett works for. To see all those around him succeed is the goal he strives for.
He has a Bachelor of Business from QUT, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking as well as a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management from FARSTA. He is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He has grown a small property portfolio of his own and is a husband and a dad of two little ones. Brett enjoys the outdoors, cycling, kayaking and hiking, as well as a mad keen cricket and F1 fan.
